As the head of a New Jersey–based nonprofit, Dee works alongside women, parents, and local leaders to strengthen schools and communities through sustainable programming, impactful events, and honest conversations. Her work bridges strategy and storytelling—helping people move from vision to action, even in complex or resistant spaces.
With a background in accounting and a proven record of raising over $100,000 as a volunteer leader, Dee brings both structure and heart to her work. She is known for asking hard questions, navigating conflict with intention, and guiding leaders through real challenges—from fundraising fatigue to fractured team dynamics—without losing purpose or integrity.
One of Dee’s most recognized achievements includes partnering with Rock & Roll Hall of Fame musicians to launch an innovative music program for middle school students, a collaboration featured on News12 New Jersey that sparked renewed dialogue around arts access, equity, and community collaboration.
